3. المنتجات القابلة للإرجاع:

• لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو التي تعرضت للتلف بسبب الاستخدام.

2. تكاليف الإرجاع: يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن المرتبطة بالإرجاع ما لم يكن المنتج تالفًا أو غير مطابق لما تم طلبه.
